- Summary : The Market Manager - Sales is responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales for Office Furniture or Building Materials, as well as strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Prospect for and qualify new leads from relevant sources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in relevant stakeholder firms
- Deliver sales presentations, Mock-ups and demos for clients in close co-ordination with Project Team
- Prepare Quotations in coordination with Costing team
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Forecast sales Track and report on sales performance
- Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably building materials
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preferred Software Skills : - Should have expert level proficiency at Microsoft Office, Google Docs and be adept at participating in online and offline tenders
